8" by 12" color print of Western Airlines Lockheed L-188 Electra N7141C in the early 1960s. This Electra was delivered new to Western in March 1961 and stayed in the fleet until 1971. It was converted to a freighter in 1968. It went on to fly for a number of airlines including Pacific Western. It was written on on January 5, 1979 in a landing accident at Inigok, AK while operating for Great Northern Airlines. Scanned and restored from a duplicate 35mm slide.
