As freeware is permitted to distribute archives subject to the following conditions

- The archive must be distributed without modification to the contents of the archive. Redistributing this archive with any files added, removed or modified is prohibited.

- The inclusion of any individual file from this archive in another archive without the prior permission of the author is prohibited.

Did you know that there are MANY sites, authors, freeware designers, stores and a looooong etc who stopped to make their work and even closed their respectives websites due the disloyal actions of AVSI...COM We all know of who are we talking about, don't you?..of course...about  Mr Troublemaker #1 site-> avsi...com

- Our work is to keep freeware online for everybody. There's no "Limited Freeware", "Conditionware", "Permissionware", "Selectware" or similar stupid concepts invented by some people who're trying to confuse the community for their very own convenience and benefits. All comments and emails looking for moving us into a discussion about these "so clear" rules by all the freeware communities, will be fully ignored. If you need more information about the meaning of freeware, we suggest you to search in Google about the Freeware. Then you'll understand that we are clear and right since the first time. Also if you take a tour through the net, you'll find that absolutely all freeware authors and freeware sites (software, games, programs, levels, maps, ... all program or gaming sites with freeware add-ons in general) recommends, invite and suggest the free distribution to all kind of freeware add-ons.

- Also Microsoft programmed all Flight Simulator versions with open codecs. That means all FS add-ons can be made freely and they can be freely distributed without any kind of limitation or invented copyrights by some people or website(s) confusing the Flight Simulator Community making disloyal competence to others for their own convenience.... we all know of who are we talking about, don't you?...avsi...com

- Also we wish you know that we never defended our position at those forums (avsi...com) because our IP address was BANNED....so they stole our privilege to explain and defend our situation that only them involved our website for their own interest, business and benefits. What a shame! You should only trust the 1% of what some people say in those forums. We always said about the bad politics from this people since the 90's, but some people still want to read what they want you to read.

So, if everything's alright... why of those attacks? Very simple. Fsplanet.com opened in 1997, a very consolidated and strong website, reaching MORE VISITORS than AVSI..COM...yes... as you read...MORE VISITORS than avsi..com,  so they thought....the fastest way to win, instead to work and make a right competence, is to make DISLOYAL acts against Fsplanet.com, saying all kind of lies and invented copyrights for their own benefit so we will steal their visitors and attract them to avsi..com. These acts has been denounced by many people. But they only show what they want to show in their forums.

It's really a pain that we have such kind of site in our community. Now you have the power and decision to remove them from your favorites. There are many other Flight Sim websites on the net and avsi...com is not necessary. In fact many people is not visiting them any longer.

----Also in all forums of all gaming communities they say as a first rule and condition to use the forum.... they say...

.....the people to post or link any material that is deceptive and/or defamatory, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, discriminitory, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or in violation of any law, license or copyright. The Site’s server may not be used for illegal purposes or in support of illegal services, will not be used to harm or attempt to harm minors in any way, and will not be used to transmit anything that threatens or harasses another person. The Site actively discourages cheating, and the posting of hacks or cheats for any games is forbidden. You agree that you will not attempt to impersonate another person.

Well... T.Allensworth... you're the FIRST ONE to OPEN and START new postings at your forums with such kind of garbage!... and many people know this. Why you do this? Very simple... defamation, defamation and defamation against other fellow webmasters!
 

- Why the Membership service? Fsplanet.com began distributing Freeware files in February 1997 and the site was named as is since 1998. Since the closure of COMPUFLIGHT, we are now partially managing VOLFTP servers since the year 2000. Since this service is being offered completely for free, and because the huge download demand and also because the files are larger, VOLFTP limited their opened nodes. That's the reason we opened the First Class Membership optional service. With a very small yearly fee, we are paying a very costly server to offer the best download speeds only for those who're contributing to keep this server alive. All money is invested in the server and prizes we draw every month.

- Are we making money from the First Class Service? ABSOLUTELY NOT... as some people think. First Class is the only way to give good download speed rate. That's the reason most of the FS important sites has their own First Class or Premium services since sponsors doesn't give enough support to cover such kind of servers. (files are free... servers are not)

- Are real these incredible prizes we offer every months? Of course they are. Our monthly contest and prizes are the best on the net simply because these prizes are being payed by the members themselves. Sometimes there's money excess due data consumption is lower than expected in some months and we distribute that money excess to buy these products which are being drawn each month. Also our Team Member Jael Miranda work hard to get some of the prizes fully or partially sponsorized to save money to invest in our servers which are upgraded time to time. (more memory, new hard drives...etc)

- How do you keep the site alive? We keep our work and site alive thanks to the Shareware photorealistic sceneries that we sell through this website in exclusive. You'll never find our sceneries being sold in other website, simply because we make all of them and we sell them through our site. These sceneries are being made by the Fsplanet.com's Team.

- Where is Ferdy Serena? Many people emailed us asking for Ferdy Serena, old webmaster of Fsplanet.com. He's now a successful business man working for ALFA ROMEO cars, at the main delegation in Madrid City (Spain).
