Very Rare Original WW2 B-29 Superfortress Bomber R-3350 Cylinder Head.
This is from one of the most iconic airplanes in our history, the B-29 Superfortress. This airplane was the one which dropped both atomic bombs, used computers for the first time in aviation history and was the first airplane to be pressurized to fly at high altitude. Joseph Stalin, quite literally made a bolt for bolt copy of this airplane after World War 2 because of how revolutionary the airplane was. The B-29 literally changed the face of warfare and this is an original part of the engine that powered it. This is an incredibly rare cylinder head from powerful R-3350 radial engine, the most powerful engine of its time. Specifically it is the #17 cylinder from the #2 engine. This is an actual working item used from the airplane, not a reproduction that like most items are. This item is the last of its kind and a true piece of the history that made us who we are today.
