This Granite mounted hood ornament is from a Lincoln Continental. It\'s a real hood ornament, not a scaled down version. I believe it was from a 1960\'s run of vehicles. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable than me has a firm understanding of the year (range) this hood ornament represents.
The chrome is in superb conditon. The photos pick up the surroundings of my home and look a bit smudged. That\'s not the case at all. The chrome is excellent. The granite is very nice. There is a very small chip in one corner (see last photo) and a tiny blemish in the front edge (not even picked up by the camera). The granite is 4\" wide, 3\" deep, and an inch thick. The cross piece of the emblem is 4.5 inches across. The total height of this mounted hood ornament is, approximately 4.5\" tall.
The tag on the bottom has the following printed on it:
