I acquired used flight instruments and was in the process of trying to complete a flight instrument panel. Too many projects and now have decided to part with the items. See below for detailed description.
The first photo you will see in of the instrument inserted in the large hole on right side of the panel. The item weighs 5 lbs and 1 oz and measures 9 inches long, 5 inches wide and 5 inches tall. My intension was to put in instruments for a static display. This large attitude indicator probably went in other US Army helicopters from the same time. Most of the labels on the sides and back have been painted over or removed. I am selling as a collectible dust catcher. The front of the instrument has knobs, etc. as seen. I have never opened up the instrument---and it is as I got it-----over 20 years ago. I have a lot of hours in the Huey----two tours in Vietnam-- but now over 80 years old, so memory starting to fail.
