Here is my sand cast Airchime J3 Snow Plow Whistle with Made In Canada back caps. You can see it still has some CN red/orange paint traces under the black paint. It doesn\'t have a tag like most of them did. I have seen them both ways with tags and without tags. There are no holes in any of the bells for a tag. What I am thinking this J3 was most likely 1 of the last few that were made. Also the #1 bell has the MODEL J3 SNOW PLOW WHISTLE cast into it. The #1 bell also has the cast in early 3rd gen nozzle without the diffuser rings along with single diaphragm and cushion. The same goes for the #2 bell as well. The #3 bell is a Fat head bell it has the 3 tabs cast in just like the K bells had for mounting the diffuser rings. The only difference is that they were never drilled as a standard K bell was for the diffuser ring. From what I know this is differently an ex-CN J3 horn. I know for a fact the J3 came from the seller in Sainte-Sophie, Quebec, Canada and there is a big CN Diesel Shop and Yard in Montreal, Quebec, Canada there only 41 miles apart. I am almost certain that this J3 Snow Plow Whistle was off of CN 55126 Snow Plow. Because it has the same bells reversed when it was sold on .
