§ If the parcel found lost during delivery, we must have received the Lost of Parcel Confirmation Letter from your Local Post Office. We will pass this to Hong Kong Post Office and regret that this investigation process often takes up to 3 months to complete.
Buyer is required to report the loss of any damage to the item within 30 days after the end of the sale. We assume no responsibility or liability for the loss or damage to the item more than 30 days after the sale ended.
