Listed is a large sized General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon jet with Air Force decals. This is a factory model I believe made of resin.
As a St. Louis area resident, where many employees of McDonnell Aircraft, McDonnell-Douglas, Boeing and previously General Dynamics have resided, we have had the opportunity to purchase many of the manufacturers models over the years. My grandfather worked for McDonnell Aircraft for 25 years starting in the 2940s, and this gives me a connection to his career.
The jet itself is @ 14” long from tip to tail, not including the stand. The Wingspan is just short of 10”, and by putting the jet on the stand the cockpit is around 7” in the air.
Look at the other listings online and you will not see F-16s this large, especially at this price.
The key to identification of the real thing is the stand with the lucite tube going up the tailpipe.
