Returns will be accepted if the model is damaged beyond economic repair.Returns will not be accepted if small parts such as a wheel, tyre or wing become loose during shipping and can be reattached using glue without damage to the model.Damage/defects to decals/paint are accepted as defects and returns will be accepted. Missing tyres / aerials can be replaced and we will assist the buyer in obtaining these items through our network of diecast model manufacturers.If spares cannot be supplied to the buyer a return will be accepted.
All models will be shipped using a reasonable level of protection.This includes bubble wrap around the model box, paper protection within the shipping box and a cardboard shipping box secured with brown packing tape.
We do not accept returns for damage caused to the outer box of the model during shipping.The boxes are for the protection of the model.Royal Mail will not accept claims for damage to the boxes such as creases, tears etc caused as a result of shipping.
