These are Die Cut Decals where the white area is what is removed. These decals are cut and the color you choose will be the only thing on the decal. There is no background or clear plastic. The Background will be what you put it on. If you put it on tinted windows, then the window will be replacing the white area.These decals have an adhesive backing that will stick to just about any clean surface.
