Our newest release coming toDVD-R and looks back at steam on the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy andColorado & Southern.
The show begins at the end ofthe steam era with the last of mainline steam on the Burlington Route,Burlington Mikes on the Bevier & Southern, and the last C&S steam onthe Climax branch.
Then we move on to excursionswith 4-8-4 Northern #5632 and 2-8-2 Mikado #4960 in the early sixties. We seethe trains trackside, pace alongside both engines at speed, and ride thetrains.
The program features vintage 8mmfilm combined with authentic CB&Q audio, some of which was recorded whilethe scenes were being filmed.
