➡️ I ship all orders, US as well as worldwide, same-day - this applies to all paid orders received by noon EST. Orders received after noon will ship the next day. Sunday/Holiday orders will ship on Monday or the next USPS pickup day. Our latest carrier has taken to delivering mail on 6:45 AM (!) one day, then 7:45 PM the next, but my mail still goes to the box every day.
➡️ If you do a BIN, the payment should arrive in 24-48 hours. After that, will automatically start sending reminders to the buyer, as well as myself. This is a pain, so no holds - unpaid item buyers will get an automatic reminder from , and another after that - at that point, I will be forced to cancel and relist.
➡️ I will be glad to combine shipping within a three day span - for my plate buds overseas and in Canada, I\'ll be sure to get you the best shipping rate available, but I don\'t ship via Parcel, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any cheapie/media rates. First Class or Priority Mail only.
➡️ My single plates are shipped via First Class, or Priority / flat rate priority mail sleeve (depending on order size/overall value/weight) inside a triple fold of long-grain corrugated cardboard for stiffening. If you\'re worried about plates being damaged, be sure to contact me about paying extra for insurance. Tracking is always included with Priority Mail and heavier rate FC.

➡️ For overseas buyers, I do not falsify customs forms. Thanks to the crappy service of the USPS, and its current j/o \"postmaster general\", I\'ve lost 7 packages since December 2020, with no claim on underreported values. Please take this into consideration. If you need an item by a certain date, use common sense - shipping is at the mercy of the USPS, and there are often deiays and poor tracking. I ship daily, and if you need something in a few days, take this into consideration. There\'s a good chance it won\'t make it there in time. Leave at least two weeks to assure a timely arrival date (in the continental US).
➡️ Small items (like stickers, tabs, etc) will be shipped via First Class letter rate, with no tracking. If you would like tracking, please include an extra $3.00.
➡️ Refunds for USPS damaged items and return shipping will be available for all insured parcels.
➡️ All plates offered through the ME store and user \"me\" are over 3 years old and comply with all guidelines, restrictions and selling policies. All plates are authentic, expired issues, and are sold as collectibles. None are legal for registration use.
➡️ Some offered plates (or sets of plates) may be legal for YOM use in your jurisdiction. Responsibility for legal usage of any plates sold by \"me\" is that of the buyer - please check with your DMV for availability and legal guidelines. NO refunds for plates not usable for YOM. Check first.
➡️ SHIPPING COSTS TO CANADA are dictated by the U.S. Postal Service. First Class shipping must go First Class parcel - envelope/letter First Class to Canada is a no-no. It is required that the package be non-rigid (i.e. BENDABLE). I won\'t use this rate, as it\'s pretty much falsifying shipping information.
➡️ DISCOUNTS or BEST OFFERS on LISTED BIN Items - Prices shown on my listings are firm as shown, unless they display the OBO (or Best Offer) button. I run sales on a regular basis, please subscribe/follow my listings or store for updates. I often will go through my entire listed stock, and knock back prices. I usually will run a 10 - 30% sale when raising funds for a collection purchase, and will even drastically cut prices on some of my high end items, to raise some scratch in a hurry. Once the funds are raised, I tend to return the discounted listings to their previous price. This is why is always a good idea to follow my listings - you never know what will show up.
