This is a genuine factory NOS part. NOS means new old stock, which basically means the part is new but is old stock. Old stock parts generally have some shelf life and a lot of times have been passed along from dealer to dealer. Some times they have been removed from original packaging and put back and some times they have been put back in non original packaging. Some times the original packaging will show some wear. A lot of our NOS parts are in original packaging but not all. The listing shown is for 1 part only unless specified otherwise in the title or description.
Most of our parts but not all are out of a Pre 1985 Inventory of thousands of parts that we have had stored inside since 1984. Most of the parts will need a good detail clean from long term storage. A lot of the parts were previously tagged for identification but not all. We try to make every effort possible to identify and describe each part correctly but like everyone else sometimes we do make mistakes. A lot of the parts are untested and unless otherwise stated or sold as-is we do guarantee the parts to be in working order. All of our parts are returnable, even electrical.
