According to research this was a cutout scrap piecefrom an original window panel, which was then covered in a plastic or vinyl moldeddecal with three Boeing jetliner illustrations, along with "The Boeing Company 707/727/737 Division "Seattle has more for "74". These were commemorative pieces given out back in 1974.
