Im not sure what to say about this, it does work, but it seems like it doesnt have a very long range, you have to get quite close to a electrical item before it starts to beep and pickup any EMF from something, I have not tried it in a cemetery or any ghost hunting yet, but if you have to be quite close to something electrical to sense the emf! how close does a ghost have to be? right on top of you? I hope not! I want a chance to be able to run and get away if I need too! lol. So Im not sure if I would recommend it ir not, maybe a more expensive EMF meter might give you more distance? Sorry this is all I can say at this time, I hope this will help others
