Up for sale is a copper test ingot from the White Pine Copper Mine & smelter operation Near Ontonagon, Michigan. These were used to lab test the content of the copper poured. This is not a recent backyard poured ingot from scrap copper(see photo above from the book White Pine Copper..A history of the mine and ingots). The ingot measures at 7.25\" inches long, 2.5\" wide and 1.5\" thick weighing in at 7lbs 4oz. Real piece of Michigan history for mining or historical collectors. Ingot will be shipped via USPS Priority shipping.
