This has the key and the dashboard is in good condition. Not sure how this works. Does have the foot control piece and also has the flight plotter with some charts. The plotter has the heavy cord attached and does power up when unit is turned on. The foot control works. The dials power on and appear to move when throttle is used. Not an expert in this. Ask questions. May need to be shipped with foot control unit separately as it is heavy.
