This design is compatible with toggle-style light switches. If you have a dimmer or rocker switch, I can include a 15A-120V toggle switch with your order at no extra charge. Please notify me if you need a complimentary toggle switch.
The light switch cover has a bolt and nut design (instead of a simple pin), which allows you to adjust the tension for a customized feel. The item comes with a matching lever-style wrench (see photos) that allows you to easily adjust the tension of the bolts. Your purchase also includes a steel spacer plate, which ensures a tight seal against the wall and also prevents wobbling and unsightly gaps between the switch and the wall.
For an authentic industrial look and feel, a good option is to invert your current toggle switch (turn it upside down) so the up/down, on/off action is reversed.
