Sigma Delta TauUp for sale is this fine, vintage Sigma Delta Tau sorority torch pin. Sigma Delta Tau was founded at Cornell University in 1917. The badge is a jeweled torch. There are five pearls on the cross bar of the torch and one on the handle. Above the pearls rest the Greek letters. There is a genuine diamond at the top of the torch. This badge is engraved \"Epsilon, Elizabeth Lazar, Feb 17, 1945.\" Epsilon chapter is located in Cincinnati and was founded in 1923 as the 5th chapter. There is a pearled Epsilon chapter guard attached. This is easily removed if need be. The badge is full-size and measures 19.4 mm (3/4\') tall. T is a LGB, Balfour, makers mark. This pin is 14k gold as tested. The pin and clasp are in excellent, original, and wearable condition. Thank you for looking.
