Comes with the original card. Private sale from my collection. Never been used as a "daily driver" or "travel" tag, and has always been kept in a protective sleeve. The front of this tag has a decent amount of variation to it. Mostly gray with metal "striping" through it, bits of yellow peaking through, and streaks of blue. The back is mostly a uniform bare metal, but it does have those two large splotches of silver paint (not discoloration or corrosion). This tag is pretty flat and uniform with no noticeable curves or waves to it, and comes in at ~.89mm thick.
