Military CU-266 Control Unit - EA-6 Prowler

One CU-266 Control Unitas removed from a scrapped military aircraft.

An told this panel is part of the center console management system for the Northrup-Grumman EA-6 \"Prowler\" as used by USN and USMC. Came to us in a lot of misc. military aircraft instruments and avionics in as-removed condition from scrapped aircraft. Date of MFG or OH date of this unit is not known, but others had tags indicated they were function tested in the late 1990s. Metal data tag on back of unit says simply CU-266 CONTROL UNIT 1100-1387 ICN 5821-LA-083-4844 SERIAL XXX MOD RECORD (WITH 1 SLASHED THROUGH IT).

Condition UNK and not function tested by me. Metal cabinet. Indoor stored so no bugs/dirt/moisture or corrosion evident. I see no drop damage to this one. Nice gold plated connector pins on the back. Multiple channels and one heavy sync button on cabinet front. Weighs about 2-3 pounds. Haven\'t cracked cabinet to see what\'s inside. Exceptionally clean. Measures 2.5 x 5.75 inches across (cabinet front) and 3.5 inches deep. Cabinet has some scratches consistent with removal from aircraft.

Fits great in one of those USPS Medium Flat Rates boxes, and so much so there\'s one for one more of these in the shipping box. This surplus lot came like a pregnant cat. I\'ve got more of these if you want them for same price as the first unit win. Help me make them go away.
