sale is for what I have been told that this is a Manufacturers Model of a DC-7C. The model is cast Aluminum and quite heavy ( 16lbs with stand) Wings are removeable from fuselage. It is in overall very good to excellent condition. I do not think the clear plastic spinning props are original ? but they display very well with the model The model has a wingspan of 30\" and is 26\" in length Height on stand is approx 12\". I do not see any sign of it being painted and it has a Douglas Aircraft logo on base with DC-7C. Most of the ones I have seen painted have the logo of the aitline on the base therefore I assume that it is more of a manufacturers model than an airline ticket counter model??Due to the size and weight I would guess the shipping to be around $150 in the USA .
