This extremely rare item of vintage aviation art - listed here as "new" simply because it is in such excellent condition - is a flight network map developed by LOT Polish Airlines in 1935-6. The item unfolds to reveal a coloured map of Europe, with the pre-WW2 boundaries of Poland (including Wilno and Lwow), the Baltic states as independent of the USSR, the Nazi German flag over Berlin, a red flag marked "CCCP" (i.e. no hammer and sickle) over "Moskwa" (Moscow), the flag of the Kingdom of Egypt, and the flag of Mandatory Palestine. Also shown from various angles are a Fokker F.VIII aircraft flown by LOT Polish Airlines, which could carry 8-12 passengers, and two different DC-2 aircraft flown by LOT.
