Fokker  D.VII. Berthold JG II 1/72 built model (Esci) fully painted weathered:
$5.79

This is a model of the German World War One(WWI) fighter, the fearsome Fokker D.VII. in 1/72 scale, built from the excellent Esci kit. It has been fully painted and weathered to represent Hptm Rudolf Berthold’ s aircraft from Jadgdeschwader II, bearing his winged sword insignia. It features twin Spandau machine guns and authentic markings.
The Fokker DVII was a high performance machine that achieved a measure of air superiority for the German Luftkrieg during 1918: although used in relatively small numbers, such was its reputation that it was specifically mentioned in the Versailles peace treaty. Following WWI, Fokker D.VIIs continued to serve in the air forces of Soviet Russia and Poland.I will happily post to Europe, North America, Australia or New Zealand. Please ask about other destinations. While I pack my models, very carefully and many have arrived safely, certain postal services (particularly to North America) seeem to take a sledgehammer to even the most carefully packed models - caveat emptor! Thanks for looking and the best of luck with your offer.
