Used ATC-510 desk-top flight simulator including rudder pedals in good working condition (see photos: red light approach failure; Middle Marker amber). Personal Flight Simulator Owner\'s Manual and two ATC-510 Programming manuals. Of interest is complete Jeppesn \"Coordinated Instrument Rating Cirriculum.\" A set of 10 volumes of simulated instrument approaches less than good condition because quality of the audio tapes and approach plates cannot be assured. Many of the approach with individual lessons are of poor quality and may be stuck together. Nevertheless, all the approach lessons are reproduced in detail in the Jeppesen manual. Local pick up only.
