This is a charming and useful little purse which was made for ALITALIA by SALVATORE FERRAGAMO PARFUMS and once held assorted cosmetics for someone who traveled in MAGNIFICA CLASS on the Italian airline. It is made of a burgundy colored fabric withwhite grosgrain trim and handle, and it measures 10 inches by 6 inches. A small metal plaque on the front reads SALVATORE FERRAGAMO PARFUMS and on the backthe wordMAGNIFICA is stamped on the fabric along with the ALITALIA logo. There is a label on the inside, just above a pocket, which reads SALVATORE FERRAGAMO PARFUMS FOR ALITALIA. There may have been some sample sizes of toiletries in there at one time but all we see now is a pair of burgundy slipper socks in a sealed plastic cover which is marked M along with the Alitalia logo. This small zipperedcosmetic case/purseis in excellent condition andwill makea nice addition to a collection of international airline memorabilia. Also, it would be a cute stocking stuffer at Christmas.
