I send all decals by first class mail at no charge, but NO TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED. If you want tracking information you can have your item sent by Certified mail for an additional fee. JUST CONTACT ME AND I WILL ARANGE FOR A TRACKING NUMBER, Most customers receive their item(s) quickly using First Class Mail. However I have no control over delivery times once the item is mailed. Mail is estimated to arrive in 2-3 business days dependingon your location but is not guaranteed.

Fiberglass (Must be painted with a smooth, glossy enamel.)
Wood (Must be painted with a smooth, glossy enamel.)
Other Painted Surfaces (Paint must be smooth and glossy,vinyl will not stick to oxidized, faded, or peeling paint)
This list is not comprehensive and there are otheracceptable and unacceptable substrates than those listed above. Again, when indoubt, apply the rule that states vinyl will generally adhere well to hard,smooth, glossy and clean surfaces.
RETURN POLICY:
All of our decal\'s are custom made and therefore cannot bereturned for reasons unrelated to quality issues or production errors. Forexample, we cannot refund or accept a return if you ordered the incorrect sizeor color. We stand behind our products and pride ourselves on outstandingcustomer service. If there is a problem with your order, please email aphotograph so we can address the issue accordingly.
