FEATURES: All Wood Construction of balsa and plywood. Covering is expertly applied Top Flite MonoKote in a Cessna Skylane color scheme of white and red with black and gray striping. Fuselage is formed by bulkheads and stringers for less flying weight and improved scale appearance. Wings have an interlocking wood framework for strength. Wing struts are airfoil-shaped for less drag and include mounting boots to provide a smooth fairing at the wing and fuselage. Cowling, tail cone, and wheel pants are made of fiberglass, and are factory painted/striped to match for scale appearance. Wing tips are also pre-painted fiberglass w/Hoerner design to re- create the full-size plane's looks & improve stall characteristics. Canopy and side windows are clear. Landing gear is pre-formed aluminum and factory painted white. Dual aileron servos add precision to aileron response. Hardware included is from Great Planes. Building time is 15 to 20 hours.
