airplanes as a follow up of his small and old brother the Boeing
727. The Boeing 757 is praised by its economical advantage, and its
flexibility. Over here in Europe it’s used mainly in a short to
medium range charter role, taking tourists to the Spanish or Greek
sun, or the Austrian snow. However the 757 can also been seen on the
North Atlantic routes, flying for example from Amsterdam to Newark.

FS2002 Boeing 757-200 House Colours
Repaint of the IFDG GMAX 757-200 in Boeing Company livery. This
aircraft was the first Boeing 757 (N757A) and with it's two P&W 2037
engines it was first rolled out from the factory at Renton on
13/01/1982 with it's first flight being on 19/02/1982. It is also
one of the few prototypes that was never passed onto a customer and
was retained by Boeing where it remains today as a flying testbed
for the F22. Repainted by Ben Jones.

FS2002 Alaskan Gold Mine Airstrips Ester Creek, Ganes Creek, &
Yankee Creek 2
THREE very primative landing strips in Alaska that are all bumpy and/or
on a slope. They're just west of McGrath in an area popular with
gold hunters, all lying within a few miles of each other. Ganes
Creek is surrounded by trees & a little on the short side but
otherwise fairly easy. The Yankee Creek 2 (A77) strip is longer, but
on a 6% slope with a camber at its upper end. Ester Creek is
slightly steeper at 9% in gradient, but with a more open
approach path. A set of Eddie Denney's big mesh of Alaska is a MUST
I'm afraid because the airstrips are themselves part of the terrain:
the scenery was designed using the FS2002 mesh but I'm told the
FS2000 version also works well. By James Belk

Aircraft McDonnell Douglas MD80 Austrian Airlines
The MD-80 v2.2026721 brings a not only a new FS2002 compatible
aircraft, but additional repaints done by a professional painter.
You will find that we've completely redone most of the model, making
it nearly 100% Gmax material. It features the latest reflection
including dynamic shine, lighting, and animation technology
including accurate flaps, landing gears, thrust reversers, and
dynamic wing views. This is only the first in a line of MD aircraft.
Next will likely be the MD83 or 87. The FDE is the superb MD80 FDE
by Sam Chin with modifications by Mike Baumann, and the model is by
Jonathan Stewart and Erick Cantu. This aircraft is truly a multi-group
