FS2004 CV-340 Short Nose BA British Airways Short Nose
While the Convair Liner series was begun by American Air Lines, ordering the CV-240, United Air Lines was the prime mover behind the CV-340. The 340's fuselage was longer to seat 1 more row of passengers, and was owned by many major airlines.

FS2004 Thailand Scenery - Aircraft Carriers
This scenery package will add two aircraft carriers off the coast of Thailand. One will be just west of Pattaya, and the other will be just East of Phuket. You can't miss them - they're big. I made a few minor modifications, since the original model was created using FSDS1.6. The modifications mostly involve lighting, and animation of the radars. Since the FS2004 SDK has been released, I was able to add some basic navaids and AFD data, so you should be able to select both of the carriers in the goto airport selection screen. By Martin Strong

On May 16, 1992, Finland announced that it had selected the F/A-18C/D Hornet to replace the entire front-line fighter force. A total of 64 aircraft where ordered. The Hornets were initially to be used only for air defense and, for this reason, the F/A-18 designation was shortened to F-18. Dynamic water texture set for FS2004 (VERSION 15) FS2004
These "award winning" replacement textures will generally give a much more realistic tone and color to the water environment effects in FS2004. The default colors are generally too electric and cartoon like. There will also be a significant improvement to the lighting, the wave animations and reflections in respect to the sun. As an example; the default "bright electric green" overcast texture is highly unrealistic in overcast conditions. Also, when you fly by moonlight with these environment textures you can actually see the moon light water and even see some wave action! It actually feels like you are there. Version 15 has big improvements to earlier versions; as an example the wave animations are now 100% better. The change is quite dramatic and transforms the flight sim experience to a much greater level of realism. Expect spectacular and more convincing sun sets and sun rises. The best part though is that the known problem of the "mask" WITH THE FS9 DEFAULT WATER, which is caused by the wave bump mapping, is now fixed in this version. It's actually possible now to fly without waves as a result (if desired) without compromise to the visual appeal of FS9. a MAJOR BREAKTHROUGH. By Peter Wilding

FS2004/02 Southern Ontario Mesh
The default mesh for Southern Ontario Canada was pretty flat and did not show the small rolling hills that are present throughout the province. This is LOD9 (90 meter) mesh that covers ALL of Southern Ontario from Elliot Lake, Sudbury and North Bay in the North, to near Montreal in the east, to Windsor in the southwest and all points in between. This mesh covers the entire area of Ontario shown in the Toronto VNC. By David Voogd

FS2004 Westland Whirlwind Mk. IA
A small, fast twin-engined fighter, one of the first to be armed with four 20mm cannon. The Whirlwind was a fine fighter that could combat single-engined fighters with success. It had the misfortune that the development and production of the R.R. Peregrine engine was halted, and no alternative was available. The Whirlwind was tailored to this engine and the original specification. When the Hurricane and Spitfire proved to be able to carry the 20mm cannon, and the Beaufighter filled in the heavy fighter role, interest in the Whirlwind faded. FS2004 Bell Island Camps (Alaska) Scenery
This scenery is dedicated to the late Morton Rupp, without whose encouragement I probably would not even have tried macro creation. Morton created Peninsula Point Pullout and other truly great Alaska sceneries. These little camps in the Bell Island, Alaska area are the first in a group of fictional sceneries covering Southeast AK. Should work fine with or without Eddy Denny's terrain mesh. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have. Menu entries on the Add-on Scenery menu will get you to the starting points. Requires trees_v3 from Garrish Gray. Each includes a beach and water start.
