FS2004 HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter
The Pave Hawk is a twin-engine medium-lift helicopter operated by Air Combat Command, Pacific Air Forces, Air Education and Training Command, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve Command. During Operation Desert Storm Pave Hawks provided combat search and rescue coverage for coalition Air Forces in western Iraq, Saudi Arabia, coastal Kuwait and the Persian Gulf. They also provided emergency evacuation coverage for U.S. Navy sea, air and land (SEAL) teams penetrating the Kuwaiti coast before the invasion. 4 Pavehawk and 1 SOAR Texture(s) by Kirk Sunley - "The MAN!!!" FS2004 Sikorsky S-39CS Spirit of Africa
Single-engine amphibian. Reg #NC-52V used 1932-36 by Martin and Osa Johnson on expeditions to Africa and Borneo. S-39CS had supercharged engine for high-altitude work. The Johnsons colored the S-39 like a giraffe, and their twin-engined S-38 was painted in zebra stripes. FS2004 upgrade of 2002 model. Improvements to textures and gear animation. Minor improvements to VC controls and seats. Engine louvers close and open with cowl flaps command. All new panel, .cab file gauges, aircraft.cfg and .air file mods by Eliezer Rice. Standard mission equipment in the US Navy configuration includes: the AN/UYS-503 acoustic data processor and a state-of-the-art sonobuoy processor that incorporates the best features of any Undersea Warfare (USW) equipment in the world today. This fighter spacecraft is the stock version as seen in episodes of Stargate SG1. This captured Death Glider is 'Heru' class, meaning Hawk and or Falcon in Egyptian. It is fitted with a canopy and seats 2 Jaffa pilots/passengers in true fighter fashion, as like the Earth defense fighter aircraft. Only the panel is 'not' standard issue Goa'uld. By William W. MESH TUTORIAL
A tutorial to create meshes and a tool to fix holes in SRTM data. SRTM data has many holes that can be fixed using DTED0 data and a free tool included in this package. A step by step guide from downloading the raw data to building your .bgl files is included. The program included (merger) is GPL software. You will need the Microsoft terrain SDK programs (resample.exe, tmfcompress.exe, tmfmerge.exe, tmf2bgl.exe), available for download from microsoft.com. See howto.html for more information. FS2004 MAINE LOBSTER FESTIVAL Version 2
To get to the scenery, you take off from runway 22 at KBHB (Bar Harbor), go across the bridge you will see at the end of the runway. From there, follow the Billboards of the Maine Lobster Festival scenery. You will have candies to discover as you move on. You can fly 'illegally' low and slow, but specially for the first time, driving there is fun. This way, you can stop for a nice fattening greasy hamburger at Jerry's Snack Bar. By Leon Louis
