FSX Komatipoort Airfield (FAKP), South Africa
Komatipoort is situated on the eastern border of The Republic of South Africa, it's the home town to one of the most important border posts in the country. The “Poort” consists of the circumference of two major rivers ie. the Komati and the Crocodile rivers which after joining up, flows into a narrow gorge through a gap in the Lebombo mountains. The gorge also provides a way through for the main N4 Highway route (and Lebombo border post,) which leads to Maputo, the capital of Mozambique. The Airport was closed during the 1990’s for public use and for a short period of time, only used by military aircraft until it was finely closed permanently for all aviation purposes in the early 2000’s, after which the terrain was used by the Dept. of Customs and Excise for the purpose of load clearance and by Road Traffic Control for weight control on vehicles using the N4 highway. The airport nevertheless is still available to us, the aviators of Flightsim and it is an airport very frequently used by simmers when touring the Kruger National Park situated directly north of the town of Komatipoort. FSX Beaufort West Airfield (FABW), South Africa
Because of its strategically geographical important position this small Airport is becoming more popular with especially pilots of smaller aircraft. As a stop-over and refueling point between Cape and the Northern Provinces, East and West, it's popularity is growing by the day. The airport Manager and his wife who offers B&B as well as a beautiful night out at "the gateway to the Karoo" as they call it, see to a splendid and enjoyable open and star filled overnight for those who care to call. A photo realistic attempt of the airport was made by the team and the result was quite an accurate replica on the true footprints of the actual buildings. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\ I have resized and reworked all the files included in this zip file mainly because I was unable to fly using any "Autogen" what so ever. As a result of the work I have done of these files I can now use my Autogen which I have set at 60% and have also gained 6fps on my Test Computer.

FSX Oak Harbor Seaplane Base (KNOH,KNHO) Build 1.0 for FSX
Oak Harbor Seaplane Base, Oak Harbor, WA, Whidbey Island. Oak Harbor Seaplane Base was an adjunct facility of NAS Whidbey Island. During it's heyday, it had Catalinas, PBM's, OS2U Kingfishers, and just about every other seaplane the USN Used.During WW II the base was home to many squadrons that deployed from Alaska to the South Pacific. Earl Watkins Built the USS Bering Strait seaplane tender that is at the dock. There was regularly a seaplane tender tied up at the dock to support the squadron assigned.

The Fairey Swordfish was a torpedo bomber built by the Fairey Aviation Company and used by the Fleet Air Arm of the Royal Navy during the Second World War. Affectionately known as the "Stringbag" by its crews, it was outdated by 1939, but achieved some spectacular successes during the war. It was operated primarily as a fleet attack aircraft, it was also used as an anti-submarine and training craft.
