FS2002/FS2004 Douglas A2D-1 SkyShark
This is an aircraft that installs two reformative turboprop engines based on A-1 SkyRaider. Two parallel Allison XT-40 is arranged, and a double contrarotating propeller is driven through the gear. The body becomes remarkably tall, and the exhaust port is opening in a right and left rear fuselage. Though high performance to surpass A-1 far by the test flight was shown, the expectation of the practical use of the XT-40 engine did not leave, and development was discontinued. By Kazunori Ito

FS2004 Douglas DC-5 / R3D
The Douglas DC-5 was developed as a 16/22 passenger civilian airliner, with a high wing and tricycle landing gear. Four examples were produced for KLM Airlines, and were used to evacuate civilians from Java to Australia in 1942. One of these aircraft was damaged and captured by the Japanese, who extensively test flew it. The earliest U.S. DC-5 military operations were by the U.S. Navy who had ordered seven examples in 1939. Three were R3D-1 16-seat personnel carriers, and four were R3D-2s (22 seat paratrooper version) for the U.S. Marine Corps. The prototype was sold to William Boeing, but was later impressed into the U.S. Navy as the sole R3D-3. FSDS DRAWING AND TEXTURE BY JRLUCARINY

FS2002/FS2004 Unreal Aviation "Crow" tailless homebuilt
The crescent wing is one of the oldest planform configurations that offers great stability and efficiency and is currently being looked at by Dewald. "Crow" is a fictitious representation of the sort of 'flivver' that homebuilders in the fifties thought everyone would be flying because it would be so easy and safe. She certainly is safe with her benign stall and forgiving handling. The performance is relatively sprightly too (for 80 HP) with a 120 KIAS cruise. There is also a huge margin between cruise and VNE.
