FS2004 Beechcraft King Air C90B_XP
The C90B XP is an STC modification performed by Blackhawk Modifications. It consists of swapping out the stock P&W PT6A-21A 550 shp, 1310 lb-ft. engines for a pair of PT6A-135A 750 shp engines. The power is derated back to 550, but the torque remains at a level of 1520 lb-ft. This boosts the cruising speed to 280 knots, and the climb rate to 2000 fpm. One should hardly be surprised that the world's most prolific manufacturer of commercial aircraft is also the producer of the world's most popular jetliner. The 737 became the best-selling commercial jetliner worldwide when orders for it hit 1,831 in June 1987 (surpassing Boeing's own 727 as the previous champ). However, it wasn't always that way\s in the first few years of production, there were so few orders that Boeing considered canceling the program.
