FS2002 B-26C-15 S/N 41-34938 "Big Ass Bird"
"Big Ass Bird" was from the 12th Air Force, 319th Bomb Group 438 Bomb Squadron based in Rufisque French West Africa in the Mediterranean Theater of Operations. She flew 145 missions between June 1943 and November 1944 in North Africa, Italy and southern France and was the fastest plane in the group. Her first crew was led by Lt. T. C. Rammelkamp but was flown by other crews including Lt. Lawrence E. Stephens. She was shot up badly on her 55th mission and again on her 59th, but remained a lucky ship. Her crew chief was J. FS2002 Pitts S-2S Special
The Pitts S-2S has G-limits of +6 and -3 G's so it's fully aerobatic. S-2S was designed as follower for Pitts S-1S/T biplanes. It has bigger Lycoming AEIO-540-D4A5 (260 hp) engine and Hartzell metal two or three-blade constant speed propeller which gives the plane 2,700 fpm rate of climb at sea level and 164 kt max level speed. FS2002 Jim LeRoy's Pitts S-2S Bulldog
Start with a factory built Pitts S2S, add stronger wings, build a larger, more powerful motor, add an oversized, custom propeller, increase the sizes of all the control surfaces, reshape the tail, strengthen the fuselage, and re-design the fuel and oil systems and you have what Jim calls the "Bulldog" Pitts S2S. FS2000 Badshahi Mosque Lahore, Pakistan
Badshahi Masjid literally means the Royal Mosque was built by Emperor Aurangzeb Alamgir, son of the King who built the Taj Mahal. Built entirely of red sand-stone in a record time of two and-a-half years (completed by 1674 A.D.) is said to have the largest mosque courtyard in the world for outdoor prayers (can accomodate 60,000 worshippers). Marble domes cover seven prayer chambers. Features floral designs on the stone, Photoreal textures with Night Lighting and Elegant (Polygon Complex) Domes and Mughal Toperee Gardens. FS2002 S.A.A.F. Dassault-Breguet Mystere Falcon 900A
A single Dassault Falcon 900 was acquired in 1992 by the South African Department of Transport to transport VIPs; particularly for the State President and cabinet ministers. Former Pres. Nelson Mandela used it during his term as president of South Africa. It is operated by 21 Squadron of the South African Air Force, but will soon be replaced by a Boeing 737 for international flights. FS2002 Vari-Eze
The Vari-Eze was designed in 1974 by Burt Rutan. The first Vari-Eze (Model 31), registration number N7EZ, was built in 1975 and was powered by a converted Volkswagen engine. The second prototype, registration number N4EZ, was completed in early 1976. This model used a Continental aircraft engine, giving it more horsepower, faster speed and longer range. N4EZ is also the prototype of Model 33, which was offered in kit form to amateur/home aircraft builders. Rutan built the Vari-Eze to prove that the canard concept would be safe and popular with civil aviators.
