The Australian Customs Service has a small fleet of these aircraft fitted with surveillance radar, TV Pod with a FLIR and a transparent emergency hatch for observation and photography. FS2000 AIRCRAFT - MASTAR Boeing Business Jet BBJ2 GA
This aircraft is very well designed, constructed and made as a freeware aircraft and to have fun with it, not to make a simulated copy of the real Boeing 737 BBJ2. On the other hand, the designer gave his best to come close to reality. The Boeing BBJ2 is based on a Boeing 737-800 with luxury private interior. The Model was build up from scratch with Abacus FSDS by Christian Schweikl. With moving parts: all possible moving parts of an aircraft, moving front wheel, landings lights, transparent cockpit and cockpit crew Modifications are not allowed without original author permission. FS2000 Mil Mi8 Hip Copter
The Mil Mi8 Hip is my first released FS Aircraft, I learnt on my first two that 40+ sided fuselages means frame rates of the order of millihertz. I originally purchased Flight shop but never really had the time to figure it out and I really couldn't do what I wanted to do with it. During this summer's university holidays I had a lot of time on my hands so I made the commitment to buy FSDS PRO and got stuck into it. I have always wanted a large helicopter and the only people that seem to make them are the Russians. Most of the large Russian helicopters don't exist as late version FS models, so It seemed like a fairly easy first project. I had a choice between the Mi26 Halo or some other Very large helicopters but settled for the Hip because I could find more info on it. It started off as a hollow fuselage but it started hogging frame rates so it turned into a solid fuselage. It is painted as an Aeroflot passenger transport that once attended the Paris Air show. Nationwide is a South African carrier opperating out of Johannesburg International with it's primary destinations being Cape Town, Durban, George and Victoria Falls(Livingstone) The Airline opperates 5 BAC1-11 400's primarily on it's Durban route. This aircraft has been painted with photo realistic textures and includes full animation with steering nosewheel, night textures and working landing lights. The original aircraft model was designed by David Maltby using FSDS and textured by Mike Hattingh with night texture windows by Rick Piper. This download includes a BAC1-11 panel by Tony Lewis.
