FSX Airbus A380 version 2, Lufthansa
 Demoversion with banners, new VOR gauge, with new PANEL and GAUGES, new external model, sound and virtuall cockpit. The Airbus A380 is a doubledecker, four-engined airliner manufactured by Airbus S.A.S. It first flew on April 27, 2005 from Toulouse, France. Commercial flights should begin in 2006 after 15 months of testing. During much of ist development, the aircraft was known as the Airbus A3XX. The A380 is now the largest passenger airliner, topping the Boeing 747, which was the largest for 35 years. However, the Antonov An-225 retains the record of being the world's largest commercial aircraft. The media has termed the A380 a "superjumbo", with some comparing it to Howard Hughes's Spruce Goose. The first A380 prototype was unveiled during a ceremony in Toulouse, France, on January 18, 2005. Its manufacturer's serial number is 001, and is registered as F-WWOW. The new Airbus will initially be sold in two versions: the A380-800, carrying 555 passengers in a three-class configuration or up to 800 passengers in a single-class economy configuration. Expected range for the -800 model is 8,000 nautical miles (14,800 km). The second model, the A380-800F dedicated freighter, will carry 150 tons of cargo 5,600 miles (10,400 km). Airbus made the cockpit layout, procedures and handling characteristics similar to those of other Airbus aircraft to reduce crew training costs. FSX/FS2004 AlfsUKairfields UK
Although FSX scenery is a great improvement on FS2004, there are still many small airfields in the UK with little or no details. I have tried to improve this in a small way. I do not have any direct knowledge, or indeed any useful photos of these airfields so do not aim to make them accurate, only better. They were compiled using aerial views from Google Earth, Pooleys UK Flight Guide, FSX SDK Object Placement Tool and AFX v1.04 running under Vista (not recommended by Flight1). The main problem seemed to be in compiling 'excludes'. In some cases I made seperate exclude files and with perseverence it worked with me. I hope it works in your set-up. Alf Denham

FS2004 RAF Binbrook
Installation instructions - extract the zipfile straight into the root folder of FS2004 Activate with 'Add Scenery' feature in 'Settings/Scenery Library'. Use the Browser window which comes up to locate \Addon Scenery\RAF Binbrook. Double-click on its folder and then OK all the way back. Restart the sim. IMPORTANT ! - selecting RAF Binbrook from the list - typing in 'raf' will not find Binbrook in the list, you need to type in 'rab' and this will select 'Rabah Bitat' (Algeria), you will see then that the RAF Binbrook entry is nearby. Double-click on the 'RAF Leconfield' folder and then 'OK' all the way back. 2) Restart the sim. 3) The airfield is listed as 'RAF Leconfield'. Locate it quicky by typing in 'EGXV' in to the airport ID box in the 'Go To Airport' section. NOTE: Set scenery density to at least 'dense' or 'very dense' to get static aircraft to appear. FS2004 Scenery of the Campo Fontenelle (AFA) – SBYS – Sao Paulo – Brazil for FS2004 (only) version 2.0
1.Delete old version; 2.Copy the “SBYS - Campo Fontenelle - AFA” folder into the “ADDON SCENERY” folder of your simulator, then go to “settings” ... “library” ... “add”... and activate the scenery. It will be necessary to restart the simulator. This installation procedure makes it easy to remove it later, so it can be done by simply deleting the file. Made by Gustavo Luna
