FS2004/FSX NASA Gulfstream II / III. Fully flyable NASA paints of the HTAI Gulfstream II and Gulfstream III AI models. Gulfstream II (N946NA) Shuttle Training Aircraft (STA) was retired in September of 2011 and placed on display after the conculsion of the Space Shuttle program. The Shuttle Training Aircraft (STA) is a NASA training vehicle that duplicates the Space Shuttles approach profile and handling qualities, allowing Space Shuttle pilots to simulate Shuttle landings under controlled conditions before attempting the task on board the orbiter. The four STAs are normally located at the NASA Forward Operating Location in El Paso and rotated through Ellington Field for maintenance. The STA is also used at Kennedy Space Center. It is primarily flown by astronauts practicing landings at the Shuttle Landing Facility and White Sands Space Harbor as well as to assess weather conditions prior to Space Shuttle launches and landings. Gulfstream III (NASA922), callsign "NASA 2", is based at Houstons Ellington Field and used for VIP transport and pilot proficency training. It most recently travelled to Kazikstan and back over 23-28 April 2012 to return Astronaut Dan Burbank after the successful completion of his Expedition 30 mission to the ISS via a Russian Soyuz capsule. FS2004/FSX Supermarine Sea Otter Amphibian. The Supermarine Sea Otter was a British designed anphibian biplane intended to replace the once venerable Supermarine Walrus in the Royal Air Force reconnaissance and search and rescue missions. It had the distinctions of being the last biplane flying boat to achieve front line service in Great Britain's armed force. Gmax model by A.F. Scrub.

FSX Bristol Bombay. The Bristol Bombay was designed to serve both as a bomber and a troop transport. It first flew in 1935. It was too obsolete to use as a bomber in Western Europe when the war broke out but served admirably in the Middle East. This is a native FSX Acceleration model. It is painted for service in the Middle East desert. The Pegasus sound file is by Gary Jones.
